Exchange & Return Policy
- If you have received the wrong item, contact us with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unaltered, and with packaging intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead.
- We will not accept returns if you purchase our product from an unauthorised third party, or for products not in their original condition.
- Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be paid by us only if we sent the wrong item.
- For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns.
- Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate to avoid delay delivery.
- Orders are processed and dispatched to our local delivery partner within an estimated 2 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the product to the address specified in your Order.
- Estimated delivery time is from the date the order is shipped, and not the date the order is placed.
- Please allow up to 1-2 weeks after your order has been delivered to be processed. Processing time may increase during peak sales seasons.
